Welcome to Class Bradford

In Class Bradford, we are very proud of our good behaviour and manners in the classroom and all around the school. We always like to learn new things and are prepared to work hard in every subject. We aspire to be the best that we can be!

This is what we think Bradford stands for:

World Book Day

We had a fabulous time on our World Book Day. Our theme in Y3 and Y4 was David Walliams. We had heard of some of his books, but didn't realise that he'd written quite so many. We really enjoyed dressing up as characters from David Walliams books as you can see from our photos!

Class Bradford looked at Ratburger in particular. We all made our own rat masks and then held a class assembly all about our day. We invited our parents and shared poems, reviews, adverts for David Walliams books and also read some extracts of the book aloud.

Autumn Term

This term, our topic is 'Predator'. In this exciting topic, we will be learning about deadly animal predators around the world. We will also be visiting Walworth Castle Bird of Prey Centre to see the birds hunting and feeding.

We had the most amazing day at Walworth Castle Bird of Prey Centre.

Class Bradford will be having P.E. every Tuesday and Wednesday. Children's kit consists of a white T-shirt, black shorts and a pair of black plimsolls. Please could all kit be clearly named with the children's names.

We will not be swimming until after Christmas.

Class Assembly

Our class assembly will be on Friday 13th October. All parents and carers are very welcome to attend: the children really enjoy performing and having an audience makes the occasion even more special.
